Phases 5-7

The Market

          The industry of employment offices is very busy. In this economy, people are losing jobs very fast. And, it is especially difficult for people with tattoos and body piercings. People will come needing jobs. And, we will help them find them.
        The business is social aims mostly. We do sell some things. Department stores do sell jewelry. There are a lot of artists that will sell their art for money. And, there are tattoo/body piercing shops everywhere.
                   The industries have indeed changed.  More tattoo shops have reality shows. Artists only sell things corperatelly. Jewelry is now mass produced. And now, the more expensive jewelry is now less available. These industries are not new. And, they are neither growing or declining.  
            There are many different customer services and groups. The two main services are legal services for people suing other companies, and employment services for people that need a job. The services are businesses. The customer groups will be individuals. The community will have it in their most business-wise parts. Their habits will be very polite and productive. Our market is still growing.
               We  offer perfect quality services and products. Hopefully,  our products and services are affordable. We gave an exceptional amount of legal advice to the ones who needed it. We also helped people find exceptional jewelry. The customers are definetely likely to pay different prices.
          Hot topic sells both jewelry and body piercings. They are there to pierce those that want to be pierced. However, most of the people that shop there are teenagers. Tattoo shops are great places to get tattoos and piercings. However, some of them reuse needles. There are many earring shops that will pierce anywhere. However, these places don't teach you how to take care of the piercings.
                                     Our personal strengths is we apply to the people who really need/want jobs. My personal strength is I am a very caring person. Our personal weaknesses are no one will take us seriously. My personal weakness is I'm kind of rigid. Our business opportunities include the new waves of teenagers entering high school. My personal opportunities will be selling my artwork. I consider our weaknesses our threats.
 Marketing Strategy
                       When customers come in and request a service, we will explain our policies to them thoroughly. We will also explain in our commercials our complete list of services and products. We will do everything we can to receive publicity. The main ways we will have public relations is by fundraising events and fairs. The main ways we will advertise is by television and internet and word of mouth.
Premises & Management
               I will need a large building that was a factory/studio during the 1930s (we can always renovate it into an office building). It has to be in or near the city. Management wise, I will need at lease 50 or so managers. Each department will have five managers and five assistant managers. We will have discounts on things that we sell more of so we make more. As for employees, we will have 100 mostly full time but some  part time and some volunteer workers. We will pay them fair minimum wages by the day rather than by hour.
